Terms of Service

The agreement between you and NTI Academy for Leadership, in plain language.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms explain what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and the limits of what the NTI assessment and our programs are for. Where a written proposal or agreement covers an organizational engagement, that document takes priority.

1.About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and George K. Nti, PhD, PMP, operating as NTI Academy for Leadership. By using ntileadership.com, taking the developmental assessment, registering for a cohort, or asking us for an organizational proposal, you accept them. If you are joining on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are able to agree on its behalf.

2.What we offer

  • This website: information about the NTI Leadership Development Model, the Academy, and how we work with organizations.
  • The NTI developmental self-assessment: thirty self-reported items that produce a personal reflection report.
  • The Academy pilot cohort: six live online sessions, weekly application assignments, session evaluations, a 90-day action plan, and Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90 follow-up.
  • Organizational work: team assessment, workshops, executive coaching and longer partnerships, each governed by a written proposal or agreement that takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

3.Registration and seats

Registration is a request for a place, not a guarantee of one. The founding pilot cohort is limited to between twelve and twenty-five participants; when the cohort is full, later registrations are invited to the next group.

You agree to give accurate information and to keep your contact details current. We may decline a registration, or remove someone who has already registered, if their conduct or circumstances make the program unsuitable for them.

The commitments ticked at registration — attending at least five of the six sessions, completing the pre-assessment before Session 1, completing weekly workplace application assignments, and completing evaluations and the 30/60/90-day follow-up — are part of this agreement.

4.Your account and access

Each participant has one account. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere, and do not share your password or your private page link. If you believe someone else has reached your page, tell us straight away so we can close access and reset it. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the program, other participants, or the site itself.

5.Schedule and attendance

The founding pilot cohort runs on Wednesdays from January 6 to February 10, 2027, 6:45–8:15 PM Central Time (UTC−6), with 30/60/90-day follow-up afterwards. Times and dates shown on your participant page govern; if a session must move, we tell you as early as we can. If you miss a session, we send you the material and any make-up step within two working days.

6.Completion and your certificate

Completion means attending at least five of the six sessions, completing the pre-assessment and the program evaluation, and submitting your 90-day action plan. Participants who meet this receive a completion certificate stating that they have successfully completed the NTI Academy for Leadership Founding Pilot Cohort.

That certificate is a record of program completion. It is not a professional certification, a licence, an accreditation, or a credential, and it should not be described as one. It does not qualify anyone to practise therapy, to administer or interpret a psychological instrument, or to represent themselves as certified, licensed or accredited by NTI Academy for Leadership.

7.The assessment and its limits

  • The assessment is a developmental self-assessment for reflection and growth. It is not a validated diagnostic or clinical instrument, and it does not measure intelligence, personality disorders, or fitness for a role.
  • Assessment results must not be used for hiring, promotion, pay, discipline, or termination decisions.
  • Individual results belong to the participant and are not shared with an employer, sponsor or supervisor without that person's consent.
  • Where results are reported to an organization, they are reported only as group averages and only when at least five people have responded.
  • Do not reproduce, adapt or resell the assessment items or the scoring bands, in whole or in part.

8.Confidentiality in the room

Sessions are a professional space. What other participants share stays with the group: do not repeat, screenshot, or circulate what someone else says. Organizations receive only aggregated reporting as described above. We ask the same of ourselves — individual results and personal disclosures are not passed to an employer or sponsor.

9.Acceptable use

Use your participant page and the site for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to reach another participant's page or data, probe or disrupt the site, post unlawful or abusive material, impersonate anyone, or send automated requests. Do not record, photograph or redistribute a live session or any Academy material without written permission.

10.Fees, deposits and cancellation

The founding pilot cohort is offered at no cost: there is no fee, deposit, or payment of any kind for individual pilot registration. Where another program involves payment, the amount, deposit and schedule stated in the proposal or confirmation you receive are what apply. Prices quoted are in US dollars and do not include any tax.

If you withdraw from a cohort more than fourteen days before Session 1, any fees already paid are refunded in full. Within fourteen days, half is refunded. After Session 1 begins, fees already paid are not refundable, but we will gladly move you to the next cohort where a seat is available. If we cancel a program, everything you have paid is returned.

11.Materials and your use of them

The NTI Leadership Development Model, the NTI Academy for Leadership name, the assessment items, agendas, handouts, slide decks and other materials are the proprietary work of George K. Nti. You may use them for your own development and keep your own report and completion record. You may not copy, publish, sell, adapt, teach from, or distribute them without written permission.

12.Third-party services

Live sessions and email delivery are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply while you are using their services. We are not responsible for an outage or fault outside our control, but we will tell you as soon as we can and reschedule where possible.

13.Not professional advice

NTI Academy for Leadership provides leadership development, not legal, medical, psychological, financial or immigration advice. If you are in crisis or facing a clinical or legal matter, seek qualified help. Participation is voluntary and any change in your results depends on your own work between sessions.

14.Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NTI Academy for Leadership is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program it relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15.Ending your participation

You may withdraw at any time by telling us. We may end participation for serious or repeated conduct that harms the group, for non-payment where payment applies, or for misuse of the site. On withdrawal we keep only what we are required or permitted to keep, as described in the Privacy Policy.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you register governs your current cohort; material changes for an ongoing cohort will be emailed to participants.

17.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts located there. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
